This yearly course is specifically designed for trainees and young plastic surgeons.

Payment receipts
A taxable invoice/receipt will be issued on all incoming payments. Invoices will be prepared for the customer name indicated on the registration form. Please note that the Registration Secretariat is not able to modify the customer name on issued invoices so please take care of the right billing address when you fill in the registration form.
Invitation letter for visa application
All delegates requiring a letter of invitation for visa application purposes may request this letter in email from the Registration Secretariat. We will not be able to issue any letter of invitation without receiving the registration and the payment of the required registration fees. Please note that the organizers will not be able to contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office on behalf of a delegate.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- General
- Main Rules
- Written cancellations received by the Registration Office on or before 11 October 2026 23:59 CET (the Deadline) will receive a refund equal to 80% of the fees paid.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the Deadline.
- All cancellations must be sent in writing to info@plasticsurgerycourse.com and must include:
- Full name of the registrant
- Registration reference/invoice number
- Reason for cancellation (optional)
- Bank account details (account name, IBAN, SWIFT/BIC code) if refund not possible via original payment method
- Refunds will be processed after the event and paid within 6–8 weeks of the event end date via original payment method. If original method is not possible a bank remittance will be made. Any bank, transfer, or credit card charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- In exceptional cases the Registration Office may offer a credit equivalent to the paid registration fee (minus the administrative fee) instead of a refund. This credit can be applied to registration for a future events organized by the same society within two years. Credit is non-transferable to other persons and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Transfers and Name Changes
- A registration may be transferred to a colleague if requested in writing before the Deadline.
- A handling fee of EUR 30 will apply.
- After the Deadline, transfers are not permitted unless explicitly approved in writing by the Organizer.
- Change of Registration Type (Onsite ↔ Virtual)
- If the event offers both onsite and virtual participation, a change is possible before the Deadline; fee differences will be handled according to the above policy.
- After the Deadline, no changes are permitted.
- Group Registrations
- Cancellations for group registrations must be submitted by the group booker.
- Each cancelled delegate is subject to the same refund rules as individual registrations.
- The group broker is responsible to inform group members about the status of their orders.
- Special Circumstances
- Visa refusal: If an official visa refusal is received before the Deadline an 80% refund (minus bank charges) or credit may be issued. After the Deadline, no refund is granted, but a credit may be considered at the Organizer’s discretion.
- Illness or medical emergencies: Refunds after the Deadline are generally not possible. Exception requests with valid medical documentation may be reviewed case-by-case and are subject to an administration fee of EUR 30. Decisions rest solely with the Organizer.
- Force Majeure and Travel Disruptions
- The Organizer is not responsible for loss, damage, or additional costs incurred due to travel disruptions beyond its control, including but not limited to:
- wars, armed conflicts, or terrorist acts,
- government restrictions or border closures,
- airline or airport closures, flight cancellations or delays,
- natural disasters (volcanic ash clouds, earthquakes, floods, storms),
- pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies,
- strikes, lockouts, or labor disputes.
- If the congress proceeds as planned, no refunds will be granted for delegates unable to attend due to such disruptions. Participants are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance.
- If the Organizer cancels, postpones, or significantly alters the congress due to force majeure, liability is limited to a refund of registration fees paid minus reasonable administrative costs, or issuance of a credit for a future event. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for travel, accommodation, or other costs.
- Complimentary and Discount Registrations
- Complimentary registrations are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Registrations with discounts will be refunded pro-rata according to the general cancellation rules.
- Fraud, Chargebacks, and Misconduct
- Refunds are subject to verification of original payment.
- The Organizer reserves the right to cancel registrations without refund in cases of fraud, chargeback, or gross misconduct.

The Former Utrecht Main Post Office Building

The Former Utrecht Main Post Office, located on the Neude square, is an architectural masterpiece of the Amsterdam School style. Completed in 1924, it served as the heartbeat of Dutch communications for nearly 90 years. The building is famous for its breathtaking central hall, featuring an 18-meter-high parabolic arched ceiling made of yellow glazed bricks.
In 2011, it became the last independent post office in the Netherlands to close its doors. After a major renovation, it reopened in 2020 as a massive multifunctional cultural hub known as Post Utrecht. Today, the building is one of the most vibrant public spaces in the city
